Ordering Chapter Supplies / Purchase Orders
I need to purchase items for my chapter. What should I do?
You have a few options for purchasing supplies and merchandise for your chapter.
- Credit Card. If your chapter or college/university has a credit card that can be used, this is the preferred method of payment.
- Purchase Order. We can only accept valid purchase orders from our active institutional chapters. Please contact your university business office to obtain a PO. Make sure PO is issued to Tabco, Inc 1100 S. State Rd. 46 Terre Haute, IN. 47803 and please email a a copy of your PO to shopkdp@tabco.com. Orders will not be processed until a copy of the purchase order is received.
- Chapter Grant. If your chapter has available funds with Kappa Delta Pi Headquarters as a chapter grant, please contact your Regional Chapter Coordinator to learn more about using these funds to order supplies.
Ordering Graduation Merchandise
Are there any restrictions for ordering graduation merchandise?
Wearing graduation merchandise (KDP Honor Cords, the Medallion & Ribbon, and/or the Honor Stole) is a privilege reserved for ONLY active members of Kappa Delta Pi. On the checkout screen, you will be prompted to identify whether or not you are an active member. Please provide your membership ID as well to help us review orders as they come in. (Note: if you need your membership number, request it using the form found here or call KDP Headquarters at 800-284-3167.)
Shipping Questions
I need my order sent ASAP. What should I do?
Please send Tabco, the official KDP Store partner, an email at shopkdp@tabco.com to discuss your options for expediting your order.
My package hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?
Standard delivery is 7-10 business days from date of order. For USPS shipments, the day amount listed at checkout is an estimated transit time for after the package leaves the warehouse. This is not a guaranteed money back service by USPS. Please use the tracking number that was sent to you to determine when you can expect your shipment. Carriers are experiencing unprecedented volumes and shipping times may be longer than usual.
The shipping company says my package was delivered, but I don't have it. What should I do?
Please contact the shipping company (USPS, FedEx, or UPS). Tabco and Kappa Delta Pi are not responsible for shipments after they leave the fulfillment center.
Order Questions
The code I received in a "Happy Birthday" email from KDP isn't working. What should I do?
The birthday codes that KDP sends to celebrate with you are not valid on graduation merchandise. Add other items to your cart for the code to work. Code still not working? Contact Tabco.
It’s not letting me use more than one discount code. Why not?
Effective August 2018, Kappa Delta Pi only allows for one discount code to be applied per order. We recommend using the code you received with the promotion that benefits you most. Unfortunately, we are not able to honor requests to use more than 1 code at this time.
What is your return policy?
KDP wants you to love your new apparel, merchandise, or book, but we know sometimes new purchases don’t work out. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive an item to return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmations are acceptable). Our book return policy is separate; to download a copy, click here.
Are any items excluded from your return policy?
Yes, graduation merchandise (KDP Deluxe Honor Cords, KDP Graduation Package, KDP Honor Stole, and KDP Medallion & Ribbon) are nonreturnable, nonrefundable purchases.
What is your refund policy?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment), which should appear on your statement in 7-10 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. If your return is not approved, you will have the option of having the item returned to you with shipping costs at your expense. All shipping costs are nonrefundable.
How do I return or exchange items?
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please mail your item to the address below and include the original packing slip. Indicate on the packing slip whether it is a return or exchange and what new item you would like to purchase. You are responsible for any postal or shipping charges incurred in returning items to Tabco. If your return is not a result of a KDP Store error, we won't refund the original shipping fees.

Account Questions
I already have a username and password, but the site isn't letting me log in. What should I do?
On July 1, 2016, Kappa Delta Pi and Tabco, Inc officially began using a different web service to host our store items available for purchase. If your account was created prior to this date, you will need to create a new account. You can do that by clicking here.
