Personalized New Member Certificates
Order personalized KDP certificates recognizing your chapter’s new members. Certificate orders are submitted through a separate order form and fulfilled outside the KDP web store by a third-party supplier.
Before You Begin
Please prepare a file containing the following information for each certificate:
- New member’s name
- Chapter name
- School name
- Initiation date
- Mailing address where the certificate should be sent
Carefully verify all names and information against the Chapter Management Dashboard before submitting your order. Certificates will be printed exactly as the information appears in your uploaded file.
Pricing and Delivery
The cost is $14 per member. The total will be deducted from funds KDP collects on behalf of your chapter.
Please allow 6–8 weeks for delivery. Because certificates are personalized, refunds and replacements are not available.
